Gentle movement to prepare your body for birth.
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body. This class is designed to help you move well, breathe deeply, and prepare confidently for labor and birth.
Together we’ll work through gentle stretching, birth ball exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation, and practical comfort measures to help ease common pregnancy discomforts, encourage optimal baby positioning, and support your changing body.
Whether you’re newly pregnant or nearing your due date, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more comfortable, and better prepared for the journey ahead.
As time allows, complimentary KT taping is available after class to provide additional support for common pregnancy discomforts such as low back pain, round ligament pain, pelvic discomfort, and belly support.
Led by Stephanie Harris, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Birth Doula, and Certified Biblical Counselor.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Birth balls and props will be provided.
🤍 Our gatherings are intentionally kept small so every mother is known by name. Space is limited, and registration is required. We’d love to welcome you.
