On October 3, 2025, following a stretch of anemia and several iron infusions, Mickey Boaglio went to the ER with severe abdominal pain. After further testing and biopsy, Mickey received a devastating diagnosis: Stage 4 colon cancer with both liver and lymph node involvement. Both biopsy sites tested positive for invasive adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated with signet ring cells. An aggressive form of colon cancer. Despite being told the cancer is “incurable,” Mickey and his wife Nikki VanCleef-Boaglio, have met this battle with faith, courage, and determination. He will soon begin 3 different types of chemotherapy while also pursuing complementary treatments to give him the best possible chance.
We know this is not a journey to be fought alone, and we appreciate the outpouring of love, support, and prayers as we start tackling these mountains.
