- **Event Description**: This is Guided Meditation and Somatic Movement Class for teens 13 and older.Class is facilitated by Shamanic Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist McKenna Sancere and Reiki Master and Ceremony Facilitator Adrienne Atwood Caldwell, owners of Cowlitz Metaphysics.This class is designed to help you teen get out of their heads and relax while helping them develop practical nervous system regulation skills for healthy emotional processing. And no, we do not expect your teen to sit in silence, we have tons of instruments including but not limited to quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes & drums! We will teach them the basics and demystify meditation and somatic work in a practical and simple way. They will leave relaxed and more equipped to handle challenging emotions.  Drop off's are welcome but parents are also welcome to stay!If this is your first time please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out our paperwork.This class is supported by donation.As Moms we are excited to teach your teen skills we wish we were taught!
