See you at Longmoor Training Camp!The Army in the South East Challenge Day provides an opportunity to take part in a series of team challenges delivered by the Army which will allow you to develop teamwork and leadership skills and learn about yourself whilst taking part in fun, interactive activities.For UNIFORMED YOUTH ORGANISATIONS ONLY (Aged 14+)Tickets must be booked through your organisation, not as individuals.The Army in the South East Challenge Day provides an opportunity to take part in a series of team challenges delivered by the Army which will allow you to develop teamwork and leadership skills and learn about yourself whilst taking part in fun, interactive activities.OVERVIEWWe are looking for teams of up to 12 participants aged 14+ to take part in this event. If you have less than 10 participants, they will be grouped with others to make up a full team.You may enter more than one team.One ticket is for one individual, you will need to book as many tickets as you require to cover those attending.Individuals/teams will compete in a series of Army themed challenges, using teamwork, communication, and leadership skills to compete against other teams.Lunch for all participants and their team leader(s) will be provided via ration packs. These come in Meat, Vegetarian & Halal, if you have specific dietary requirements we recommend bringing your own packed lunch on the day.Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear to be worn (Sports kit acceptable) , coloured bibs (to be worn over clothing) and safety equipment will be provided by us.The aim of the event is to promote understanding and awareness of the Army with themed challenges amongst young people; seeking to raise their confidence, self-esteem, and resilience through a range of exciting and challenging activities.Participating groups are required to provide a minimum of one member of staff per team entered. That member of staff is to accompany the team and be responsible for the timings, discipline and safeguarding of their group throughout the day.
