Jacy discovered yoga through physical therapy, but it quickly became a transformative practice for his mind, body, and spirit. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, he specializes in alignment-focused flows, breathwork, and mindful movement designed to help students feel supported, empowered, and energized for the week ahead.

? End your day with candlelight, movement, mindfulness, and restoration.

For Stephon, yoga became a way to slow down, reconnect, and find balance. His candlelit classes combine gentle flow, deep stretching, and intentional movement to help students cultivate presence, peace, and grace through every season of life.
