Rather than focusing on just one modality, the evening invites the senses, body, and awareness into the experience together. Creating space for grounding, relaxation, reflection, and deeper connection.Morgan Tolle, Sound & Healing Guide, will lead an immersive guided sound experience using meditation, vibration, and sound to help you settle out of the pace of everyday life and into a quieter internal space.Alongside the sound experience, Dr. Robert Underwood, L.Ac., Acupuncturist, and Robyn Rueckert, Massage Therapist, will offer additional restorative modalities including acupuncture, acupressure, therapeutic touch, and other individualized support as appropriate.Come receive what you need. You may simply rest and experience the guided sound journey, or choose to incorporate additional modalities into your evening. When you arrive, you will have an opportunity to connect briefly with Robert and Robyn to determine what feels supportive and appropriate for you before finding your place within the Palace of Enlightenment.Through sound, stillness, touch, aroma, and the principles of acupuncture and energy meridians, the experience is designed to encourage deep relaxation and help you reconnect with a sense of grounded presence. There is nothing you need to accomplish here.Come curious.
