- **Event Description**: Ladies, you are welcome to join us for an intuitive Forest Sound Bath 🌳💫at the Boglands Hedge School of Spiritual Awareness, set in the peaceful countryside on sacred Mesolithic Celtic land. 
Surrounded by trees and quiet, this beautiful setting offers a calm and grounding space to relax and reconnect with yourself.

Spaces tend to fill quite quickly, so early booking is recommended.

You will be guided through a gentle, meditation before being immersed in a bath of soothing sound. 
The soft vibrations help support the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently guide you back to your natural rhythm. 
Enjoy the sounds and feel a beautiful wave of energy flowing through your body.

The session will take place outdoors beside the cabin, surrounded by the forest. If the weather turns rainy, we will simply move inside to the cosy cabin just a few steps away — so the sound bath will go ahead no matter the weather.

Sound baths can help to:
	•	calm the body and mind
	•	reduce stress and mental chatter
	•	support emotional release
	•	deepen intuition and self-awareness
	•	create space for insight, rest and renewal

After the sound bath, we’ll gather back gently with teas, coffees and a light snack, giving time to ground and reflect.

🌳About the Space

Boglands Hedge School of Spiritual Awareness, run by Colette and Anthony Whelan, is a sanctuary for learning, healing and connection.
Colette is a herbalist, acupuncturist a local historian and Celtic drumming fasciliator, with a deep-rooted connection to Celtic wisdom and land-based traditions. She also facilitates much-loved Women’s Wellness days, known for their warmth, depth and sense of community.

🌿Sound Healing Facilitator

Sasha O’Great is an advanced sound therapist who offers intuitive sound healing using quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other crystal sound instruments.
She has been working with sound therapy since 2020 and is also a practitioner of Celtic Reiki, Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Rahanni Reiki.

Sasha is a student of Carmel Diviney of the prestigious Celtic School of Sound Healing in Dublin and has co-facilitated sound baths at powerful sacred sites including Tara Hill, Fourknocks and Howth Gardens. Her work is guided by a deep love of sound and a heartfelt intention to support people on their own path through vibration and presence.
