As the seasons shift, we’re invited to reflect on the thresholds in our own lives- that space between what was and what will be. We will reflect on what we are ready to release as we enter a new season to make space for what we are ready to create and receive. Event FlowWe’ll begin with an opening circle to connect, ground ourselves, and settle into the space. From there, we’ll ease into a sound bath meditation to calm the nervous system as we enter a state of deep surrender. We will go on an immersive journey through sound.From this grounded space, we’ll gently transition into an intuitive painting experience inspired by our theme. You’ll be invited to explore the space between what has been and what is becoming—expressing what you’re ready to release, carry forward, or welcome into your next season through color, imagery, symbols, words, or whatever naturally emerges on canvas. 🎨This is not a step-by-step painting class. This is a free-flowing paint session with an optional theme. You’ll be supported through the creative process and encouraged to create from a place of curiosity and authentic self-expression. No art experience is needed; this experience is beginner-friendly :)Whether you come with a friend, a loved one, or on your own, you are welcome here.
