SOUND BATH & HYPNOMEDITATION- GIVING & RECEIVING

Join Michelle and Nichole on December 13th at 11:00 a.m. for a deeply nourishing hypnotherapy sound bath centered on the powerful theme of giving and receiving. This gentle journey is designed for anyone who pours endlessly into others without taking time to refill their own cup, as well as those who struggle to fully receive support, love, or rest.

Through guided hypnotherapy and healing sound vibrations, you’ll be invited to soften, rebalance, and open yourself to the harmony that comes when giving and receiving are in flow. Bring your favorite cozy pillows and blankets or settle in with ours and let yourself be held for an hour of calm, clarity, and inner restoration.

$20.00 drop-in / 300 14th St NE, Long Beach WA located on the Chautauqua Resort property.

If you’d like to turn your morning into a full reset, join us for beginner-friendly Yin Yoga at 9:30 a.m. and stay for the sound bath. Anyone who attends both receives $5 off their yin class that morning. It’s a beautiful way to ease into the holiday season, reconnect with your own energy, and create space for more balanced exchanges in your life. We can’t wait to share this heart-opening experience with you.
