Don't know where to start with securing grant funding? Overwhelmed by all the jargon related to grants? This is a first step into the world of grants, including key terms to understand, the lifecycle of a grant from research to closeout, and what you need to know before you apply. This will help prepare non-profits to seek grant funding, successfully apply, and evaluate their readiness for different types of grants.

Claire is the founding Executive Director of the Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center, where she has gained great expertise in grant development. Claire has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, and both an M.Ed and an MBA. She was named one of the 2023 Next Generation of After School Leaders by the National After School Association and Co-Chairs the WA State Youth Development Strategy Table.

This session is for non profits staff, leadership volunteers, new and old board members who are interested in learning more about grant development. This session will be free. Donations are  accepted.
