This 10/10 Drishti offers for those that attend the magic of October and access into the long time traditions of this season. It will be a breath meditation for guidance and insight into the weeks ahead with the major seasonal events soon to come.Drishti is a yogic principle of focus. The sessions are a breathwork & soundbath. Attendees explore chakra balance, inner wisdom and spirit/body alignment in these sessions. Zaire guides attendees with a variety of affirmations and meditative tools/instruments like music, essential oils, medicine drums and tuning forks. A major aspect is connection, healing and releasing during Drishti. Come as you are for a beautiful meditation experience.The evening flow will be introduced with the community in the welcoming Yogalution studio, then we come to the present with a few surprises & practices to ground in, next we journey with the breath meditation and complete the ceremony with a sound bath to integrate and bring the body back to a regulated state. Finally we transition to the courtyard for the vending and social gathering.Special DJ Guest:Aaron Elimelech Aaron's selection palette is excellent and always has a vibe! Double A is connected to the LB music culture and Djs like it.
