We provide a wreath-making kit and goody bag. You use it to create a festive 4th of July door or window décor.

Choose either pick up or delivery for your wreath kit(s).

Judging will take place on July 3. Simply place your decorated wreath so that is visible from the street from your home, condo or apartment by 12 Noon on Thursday, July 3.

Contest open to all residents in the Bluff Park Historic District neighborhood.
