SHORT SYNOPSIS: Set in 1965 England just as capital punishment is abolished, the play follows Harry Wade, the country’s second-best executioner, now a pub landlord in Oldham. When a menacing stranger named Mooney arrives, his presence triggers the disappearance of Harry’s daughter, forcing Harry into a dark, comedic, and brutal showdown regarding the true nature of justice.
