In this workshop Rebekah will lead you through writing as meditation and yoga asana. The  purpose of this workshop is to create an oppertunity for you open up to your creative potential. You will be provided with insights into how you can connect the practice of mindfulness into a writing practice with the intention of transferring emotional energy out of the body and on to paper. This workshop is open to all levels of experience, whether you are new to writing of have been writing for years all are welcome. 

Please bring your own writing materials (pen, paper or laptop) There will be time to generate new material, as well as oppertunity to work on personal projects that are already in process if one so desires.
