Nude Kundalini Yoga - Acro Yoga - and Hot Thi Rock & Crystal Massage body work!!The Yoga poses are easy for any level...The class is around 3hrs., afterwards everyone can hang around near the indoor fire-pit to relax their muscles, and just kick back mingle & munch out on lite health snacks and chat away with whomever is there~This is a great way to learn yoga, try something new while meeting other members of the group in an intimate soft setting, that encourages freedom of mind, body, and spirit! Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring/kindness, all of which have the potential to turn a life around for the better! It's an exercise in taking back our power & becoming comfortable in our own nude skin.Nude Tantra Yoga above all else, is the Highest form of ANY yoga... and it's about learning to love, honor, respect, cherish, and accept ourselves, just as we are!!
