Together we will breathe, move, stretch and unwind, releasing the stresses of the week and creating a sense of calm, balance and wellbeing.The class concludes with a peaceful savasana accompanied by Paul’s beautiful flute playing, helping you relax deeply and reconnect with yourself before the week ahead.Community PicnicAfter yoga, everyone is invited to stay for a relaxed community picnic in the park. Please bring a vegetarian dish, snack or drink to share with the group. It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like minded people, make new friends and enjoy a summer afternoon outdoors.The picnic is completely optional, so feel free to stay for as long or as little as you wish.Finding UsThis will be our first event in Brockwell Park, so we will confirm the exact location a few days before the event.
