We are basing ourselves in Unit 8 for 2 weeks to launch our pop up class! We are running a series of 30 min taster classes so you can come and try out our signature class for free in collboration with @fashercise active wear - so you can train and shop in one session!
W.I.O is a pop up fitness class which combines HIIT & Strength training with a strong focus on form & technique. W.I.O classes are high-energy and effective for building strength, increasing fitness and burning fat in a safe, controlled but challenging way. We pay special attention to warming up and cooling down properly (which we feel is rushed or missed in many classes today) - but still getting in a decent workout!
W.I.O presents their pop up class in Old Street Station from Tuesday 8th May - Saturday 19th May. The class is small (10 people), 30 mins long & mixes on the spot with circuit-based training.
All classes are full body and all levels from beginner to experienced are welcome!
