This session is suitable for anyone feeling tired, overstimulated, or in need of a gentle space to reset.What to expectA slow Yin Yoga practice focused on long, supported holdsA guided Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation) to settle the nervous system, switch off the thinking mind and acess the subconsciousA calm, warm space to rest and resetPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and pen.Photography & discounted ticketThis session is being offered at a discounted rate as photography will take place during the workshop. The images will be used to support an evolution in my teaching and communication.By purchasing a ticket, you’re giving consent to be included in the photographs.
