Simple, efficient, and effective, Wing Chun is known as one of the most practical systems of self-defense.We will learn:Understanding distance and the danger zoneHow to release basic locks from stronger opponentsHow to use body language in a self defense situationThe principle of the centre lineHow to stick to your opponent and respond to their forceNo prior experience needed.
