Every Thursday at Violet Melchett we run activities to promote health and wellbeing.Join us for some tea and chair yoga on 12th March from 2-4pm!The chair yoga session will start at 2:15pm and will last 60 minutes.Gentle movements and guided breathing in chair yoga aid flexibility and strength, helping to release tension in your muscles and joints and reduce stress. We hope you will feel confident taking what you learn and trying it again at home.***PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF YOU PLAN TO ATTENDThe Community Corner team put a lot of effort into these events, alongside running a busy drop-in service. Whilst these events are free to attend, they are not free to run!If you can no longer attend please let us know in good time so that we can offer these spaces to others.
