Mark your calendars on Sunday 13th September 2026 for the Wanstead Festival 2026!This popular event in leafy Wanstead regularly attracts thousands of people who come together to enjoy a great day.We are welcoming applications via Eventbrite from general stall holders, exhibitors and crafters of who wish to trade and display at this years festival.Please take the time to fully answer all the questions on the booking form.Please note your booking is for ground space only, you are responsible for bringing your own equipment, gazebos, tables and chairs. On receipt of your application we will email you a copy of the Exhibitors Manual that will provide you with further information.To finalise your booking please forward your documentation by email to the events team to redbridge-events@visionrcl.org.ukIf you have any enquires or special requests please contact the events team on 020 8708 2016 or using the above email address.FAQsAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?No parking on Christchurch Green. Exhibitors may drive on to the site to unload/load only.Please request a copy of the Exhibitors Manual for full travel information.How can I contact the organiser with any questions?Telephone 020 8708 2016 or email redbridge-events@visionrcl.org.ukWhat's the refund policy?You may cancel the booking and you will receive a refund up to 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given within 14days of the event.Can I update my registration information?Yes, please inform the Events Team of any changes to the booking.Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?Yes, please notify the Events Team of any changes to the booking.Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?The Events Team must be notified of any changes to the booking by the original ticket holder no less than 7 day prior to the event.
