This walk will be a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends and get your steps in whilst boosting your mood outdoors!This will be an unguided group walk on mostly flat ground for approximately 2 hours (There will be opportunities to take breaks. Toilets and refreshments are also available at the park and there is the option for everyone to socialise after the walk).Please be reminded to wear comfortable clothes/shoes and to bring water.Please arrive promptly at 12.00pm.
