However, there are relatively few opportunities for marketing and communications professionals in these sectors to meet, share knowledge and learn from one another.VOICE aims to create a valuable professional community where members can:Build relationships with marketing and communications peersShare ideas, experiences and best practiceDiscuss common challenges and opportunitiesLearn from others working across connected sectorsSupport professional development and collaborationStrengthen the collective voice of those communicating the energy transitionThis first gathering is an opportunity to test interest in the network and hear directly from potential members about what they would find most valuable. We also hope to identify people who may be interested in joining a founding committee and helping to shape the network’s future direction, activities and programme.The event will be relaxed and informal, with drinks and conversation. We will introduce the idea behind VOICE, discuss its potential purpose and priorities, and invite attendees to share what they would like the network to offer.VOICE is intended to be shaped by its members, for its members.
