This immersive, trauma-informed training is designed for clinicians, health care workers, and healers who want to deepen their understanding of the nervous system and integrate practical, embodied tools into their work with clients.

Blending neuroscience, somatic practices, and therapeutic frameworks, this training moves beyond theory—offering tangible skills you can immediately apply in session to support regulation, safety, and lasting change.

This is a 2 part training. Training 1 is all about the nervous system and Training 2 branches off of that training into deeper modalities when working with clients. 

Part 1: Nervous System–Informed Training [September 18–19, 2026]

How to recognize and work with the nervous system in real time
Understand the impact of trauma on the brain and body
Strengthen your capacity to support clients through co-regulation and attuned presence
Learn the neurobiology of the stress responses and how to regulate in each state
How to teach clients where they are in their nervous system and tools on how to regulate back into safety
Learn how to build a strong clinical practice around your nervous system
Part 2: Advanced Relational Integration  [November 20–21, 2026]

For those who feel called to go deeper, Part 2 expands into advanced relational and therapeutic work, including:

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Foundations
Attachment in Clinical Practice
Inner Child Healing & Reparenting
Relational Repair Work
Foundations of the Gottman Method for working with couples
Clinicians are welcome to register for Training 1 as a standalone training, which provides a comprehensive foundation in nervous-system informed practice. 

Part 2 is designed to build on the nervous system lens introduced in Part 1, helping clinicians integrate these approaches through a trauma-informed, regulation-focused framework.

These two trainings teach you to become an advanced practitioner offering pyschoeducation, somatic healing practices, repair practices for couples work, and how to heal the root cause of trauma.

Training Time: 9-4pm

Certificate of Completion - Each training completed will be provided a certificate showing 12 hours of professional education completed.
