Stratford BID Members are invited to a Training Session on Food Hygiene, which will take place on 18th of March in Stratford.

About this Event

Stratford Original Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Mary Ward Centre — an esteemed adult education college — is pleased to announce the return of its specialised business training programme for the Stratford business community.

This initiative reflects Stratford Original BID’s ongoing commitment to nurturing a resilient, skilled, and thriving local business environment.

The session will help to:

Understand the importance of food hygiene and safety.
Identify common food safety hazards and how to control them.
Implement effective personal hygiene practices.
Develop and maintain cleaning and disinfection routines.
Recognise the importance of pest control in food safety.
Apply safe food handling techniques to prevent contamination
