Organised by: MS Together – a UK charity supporting young adults living with multiple sclerosis, in collaboration with Roxy Murray - The Multiple Sclerosis Fashionista.

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon where you can meet other people living with MS and explore the benefits of creativity in a supportive, fun environment.

The day will feature:

✨ Two interactive creative workshops – one being visual art, the other being creative writing. All materials provided. (Workshop hosts TBC)

🎤 Inspiring panel discussion – hear from people with MS and professionals about how creativity can support wellbeing and self-expression. (Panelists TBC)

🥗 Light lunch and refreshments included (tea, coffee, soft drinks).

• No experience needed - just come as you are!
• Choose your level of involvement in each workshop.
• Leave with something you’ve made, new inspiration, and connections with others who “get it.”

This event is for people living with MS, specifically people aged 18–35, from anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Please do not book a ticket if you do not personally identify with this group. We want to make sure spaces go to the young adults with MS this event has been designed for.
