• Sharp metallic tools or objects, large luggage bags, camera, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and food & beverages are not allowed on this experience.
• Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.
• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 5 years.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible. Do note only one wheelchair will be admitted per hour.
• Guests with accessible needs can book a free carer ticket when purchasing their own.
• Pregnant guests are welcome at the Dungeon, but the Drop Dead ride is restricted for them.

• The recommended minimum age for a child is 12 years. Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
