What’s not allowed
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food or special dietary requirements.
Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the park.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated areas.
Accessibility
Accessibility services are available, including Ride Access Pass, mobility hire, and sensory spaces.
Free companion tickets are available for eligible guests with valid proof.
Accessible restrooms and step-free access are available throughout the park. Staff are trained to assist guests with mobility needs.
Additional information
The Magical Days Out event runs from 28th November to 4th January. During this period, the full Alton Towers Theme Park will be closed, with access limited to a selection of festive rides and attractions.
Waterpark access, Fastrack passes, VIP tours, hotel stays, mini-golf, and spa are not included and require separate tickets.
Free admission for children under 90 cm (height will be checked at entry).
Seasonal events such as Scarefest, Oktoberfest, and fireworks shows may be available—check the official schedule before your visit.
