The Shadow Self: Beneath the Professional Mask with Karinne Faddy

Do you lose yourself at work or in your business? What could open up for you if you took off the professional mask and led with unapologetic authenticity?

This session will help you uncover the unconscious patterns that shape how you show up professionally. We will explore the masks you wear to succeed or belong at work, and how your shadow self reveals itself in your self-leadership style, ambition and visibility. Whether you’re in employment or running your own business, the shadow can influence what you avoid, how you hold boundaries and the roles you feel you must perform.

Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel too much, not enough or unworthy in professional settings, and how those hidden beliefs impact your confidence and self-expression. You’ll reflect on the persona you present, the fears that keep you small and what authenticity truly looks like for you at work.

You can attend this session on its own or as part of the full three-part Shadow Self series. You do not need to attend the earlier parts of the series to attend this session.

Ticket holders of the Shadow Self series are invited to join a check-in circle between each shadow self session. This is a dedicated time and space to pause, reflect and connect. Here, you’re invited to share what’s been moving within you, the breakthroughs, the discomfort and the questions still unfolding.

We will gather for our first Circle on Wednesday 3rd December, from 6:30-8pm at The Hearth.

This is a supportive space where your experiences are met with understanding, and your voice is valued. Through open conversation and guided reflection, the circle offers the chance to deepen your relationship with yourself while being inspired by others walking a similar path. It’s a place to integrate the insights from your shadow self work and be reminded that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Karinne is the Founder of Resonates Within, a personal development company dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner guidance and confidently follow what lights them up. As a Certified Holistic Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Senior Fellow with the ACCPH, she supports clients through one-to-one coaching, corporate programmes and an inner work community. Drawing on her experience as a former headteacher and decade-long senior leader in education, Karinne creates nurturing, empowering spaces that inspire others to explore what resonates within and take aligned, intuitive action.

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
