There is nothing better than being surrounded by motivated professional like-minded superwomen who are fully charged to make a difference in their professions and environment." – Nadira Hussain"An inspirational, inclusive award day – with the loveliest of vibes, and the thread of social impact throughout." – Dr Claire Thorne"It was an amazing event, perfect host. Great venue. Delicious food and great company. To win was an absolute thank you." – Jane Kenyon"What an amazing and inspirational event today hosted by Novi. I was simply blown away by the talent in the room and it was a great privilege to be there. Taking away a key message to continue to build each other up, cast your net wider and put the ladder down for others to succeed. I was totally wowed by the truly motivational speech by Bonita Norris, the girl who climbed Everest to focus, not fret and to celebrate the small successes, take one step at a time and before you know it you'll climb that mountain." – Lucy Hodges"Although I didn't walk away with the award, I had an amazing time listening to inspirational talks including one from Emma Byrne on AI and gender bias. After meeting so many other women breaking barriers in their own industries, I've been inspired to work harder and achieve more to break down barriers in the Highways industry.""Griselda Togobo, you have created something so special with Novi. A community that inspires, supports and encourages and learns from each other. I was nominated by the most fabulous Dr Leigh Hoath in 2019 and I won. It gave me the confidence to make some bold moves in my career, and I have not looked back. Thank you! Nominate, nominate! Good luck." – Julianne Antrobus, CEO at United Kingdom National Nuclear LaboratoryWe can't wait to meet you, to celebrate you, our allies, and to showcase some of the fantastic female role models within our community, those inspiring their teams and the next generation of talent, smashing glass ceilings and uplifting communities … as we enjoy great food and drink!FAQsHow do I contact the organiser?Call the Novi Head Office: Email: events@wearenovi.comWhat is your refund policy? Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details on cancellations and amendments: https://www.wearenovi.com/terms-conditions/About NoviToni Morrison said it best:“When you get these jobs that you have been so brilliantly trained for, just remember that your real job is… to empower somebody else.”At Novi, we are a global community of ambitious women and progressive organisations working together to close the gender gap in business and leadership.
