The Negotiator Workshop - Grow in Confidence & Maximise Results!
The Negotiator is a unique and experiential training workshop, designed to empower you to take control of your negotiations and maximise value.
We truly believe that learning is best achieved by doing. That is why we have created an immersive and highly interactive learning experience guaranteed to take you on a journey to push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your behaviour and provide you with a process that will put you on the front foot in all of your negotiations.
In order to achieve optimal results you need to take action. A coaching session will be arranged one month after the workshop to encourage you to take responsibility and will give you an opportunity to reflect, plan and prepare for your upcoming negotiations.
Who is this workshop for?
All commercial people that negotiate as part of their key role in small to medium sized companies or anyone that is looking to improve their negotiation skills in order to maximise results!
All delegates will receive pre-workshop objectives which must be completed prior to the workshop. This allows us to deepen our understanding of the development needs of the individual.
The Negotiator Workshop
The workshop is a one day essential skills programme designed to push delegates out of their comfort zone and provide them with the core skills, process, tools and behaviours to negotiate effectively. Delegates will prepare, conduct and analyse negotiations through video feedback which will highlight the appropriateness and inappropriateness of their behaviour.
One month after the workshop delegates will receive a 30 minute one-to-one coaching call to discuss and support the transfer of learning into the work place.
We truly believe that people, unless coached, never reach their maximum capabilities and that is why we offer additional coaching packages to help you grow in confidence and become a complete skilled negotiator.
