It can shape how we feel in our bodies, how we see ourselves, our confidence, and our relationship with identity. For many Black women, these experiences are often lived in silence and isolation, without spaces to fully explore and share them. This programme offers a safe space to regulate, express and reflect. Giving room to connect with yourself and others with similar stories. It is grounded in a Love Ethic — a way of relating that centres care, connection, and joy in how we relate to ourselves and each other.Because the more we see ourselves, the more deeply we begin to see each other?Through creative expression such as journalling and painting, we will explore themes of:- Reproductive health as an embodied experience- Black womanhood and identity- Healthcare experiences- Self-love- Emotional well-being- Community connection and finding a space for joyWhat to ExpectThe programme is designed to be a supportive and reflective space where you can engage in discussion, journaling, creative expression, and group activities at your own pace. You are welcome truly as you are.You will receive:A personal creative journalGuided creative promptsCreative materialsRefreshments each weekA safe group environmentMeet the Host Hi, I’m Ifeoluwa, founder of The Love Ethic.I created The Love Ethic following my lived experience of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and how it shaped my relationship with my body, identity, self-esteem, and mental wellbeing as a Black woman.I am a public health graduate with a particular interest in health inequalities, Black feminist thought, and creative community-based approaches to health. The Love Ethic Programme brings these threads together to create a reflective and supportive space where Black women can feel seen, heard, and understood.Programme DatesSaturday 11 July 2026Saturday 18 July 2026Saturday 25 July 2026Saturday 1st August 2026Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pmLocation: 525-529 Barking Rd, London E13 9EZImportant InformationWe would love to have the same group join all four sessions, allowing trust, connection and meaningful reflection to develop over time.
