Through a series of spirited debates, they'll argue the merits of their chosen pulses, drawing on everything from flavour to culinary versatility.Guests will taste six dishes served across three rounds, each designed to showcase the featured pulse at its best. After every round, the audience will vote for the winner, with scores tallied throughout the evening. The competitor with the fewest votes will face a suitably fitting punishment: bowing to the winner and serving dessert to the room.
