His travels across Europe, before settling in Brighton, UK, widened his culinary influences, but also gave him the yearning to master German bread-making. Now in his new book, he brings festive cheer to his delightful German bakes, from a rich and fruity stollen, to delicately spiced lebkuchen, festive marzipan treats, and of course the iconic gingerbread house.Filled with 53 brand new recipes, five new versions of festive favourites from German Baking, and seven basic recipes, it’s the perfect guide for bringing your festive feast to life.
