A medical doctor, personal trainer and nutrition coach, Laz draws on his experience seeing the impact of diet-related disease in the NHS, alongside the latest evidence on ultra-processed food and appetite. He’ll explore what’s happening in our bodies, why some foods leave us wanting more, and what we can actually do to make more informed choices.

We're also thrilled to welcome back Joe James to fill our bellies with his fantastic poetry!
