Known for her intuitive and compassionate approach, she blends movement, energy work, and sound to guide people into profound states of relaxation and connection.Practical Details & SuggestionsArrive a few minutes early so we can begin together. Latecomers might not be accepted to avoid disrupting the flow and energy of the session for others.Blankets and mats will be provided but please bring an eye mask if you would like one.Wear comfortable clothing, you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can put on or take off is advised.Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session start time.Try to avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful experience and help your thoughts to drift away more easily.⚠️ Important information:Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session.Essential oils, incense, music and sound may be used during the session.
