Chill, connect, create, sing along crew & find your tribe.About this EventThis one’s for the grown folk. I know my creative 90s R&B + hip-hop crew are out there, so I created The Creative Social as an excuse to get my tribe together. Taking it back 2 the 90s when we actually chilled, hung out, listened to music and had a laugh — before our phones took over everything. I’m Gee — an artist, art educator and former DJ with a love of art, music and bringing people together. This is a 6-week art course, but I don’t do follow-the-leader art where everyone goes home with the same thing. I invest in the individual. You’ll explore different artists, materials and techniques, but I’ll encourage you to take your work in your own direction and create something that feels like you. And obviously, the music matters. We’re talking 90s R&B + hip hop, singalongs and those tunes where everyone still knows every word. In the words of NWA — Express Yourself. That pretty much sums up what this course is about. Come on your own or bring your mates. You don’t need to be an artist — just come ready to create, connect, switch your phone off for a bit, buss some jokes and enjoy yourself. Chill. Connect. Create. Let’s find our tribe and get back to actually hanging out. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events5/banners/2ffe6dd0-be5f-11f1-8a18-b3e52d4bf2d6-rimg-w1084-h740-dcd8c8b8-gmir.jpg https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/30349900-be5f-11f1-8a18-b3e52d4bf2d6-rimg-w987-h740-dce8e8e8-gmir.jpg https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events5/banners/3092e5a0-be5f-11f1-8a18-b3e52d4bf2d6-rimg-w1200-h549-dc181818-gmir.jpg https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events10/banners/30e52450-be5f-11f1-8a18-b3e52d4bf2d6-rimg-w539-h740-dc382828-gmir.jpg - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/london/the-creative-social/100002000897653745 - **Event Categories**: art, workshops, dance, entertainment - **Slot details of has slots**: - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - Location: Southgate Methodist Church - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 163.22, max: 163.22, currency: GBP ## Event venue details - **city**: London - **state**: EN - **country**: United Kingdom - **location**: Southgate Methodist Church - **lat**: 51.6317737 - **long**: -0.1239957 - **full address**: Southgate Methodist Church, 47 The Bourne, London, United Kingdom ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: The Creative Social - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events3/banners/cb5af58afbf4d0367990e69809f38dd26cf059f58692cdf8b35c5a51539a0b69-rimg-w1200-h600-dcf8f8f8-gmir.jpg?v=1789501208 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is The Creative Social being held? - **A:** The Creative Social takes place on Tue, 22 Sep, 2026 at 07:00 pm to Tue, 24 Nov, 2026 at 08:30 pm at Southgate Methodist Church, 47 The Bourne, London, United Kingdom. - **Q**: Who is organizing The Creative Social? - **A:** The Creative Social is organized by Gee Jay Arts. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
