Through candlelight, guided meditation, and the healing resonance of crystal bowls and gong, you’ll be guided into deeper coherence - body, heart, and spirit in flow with the natural world. Please join us for a session another time.) • Soft mattress, cushions, blankets and bolsters are provided. • Come as you are. No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary. • Dress comfy.
