The benefit of documenting & sharing your sobriety journey

Do you know what it means to moderate or be sober? Do you wonder what it’s like to go alcohol-free for the rest of your life, or even the steps to getting through it? Is sobriety a possibility? Can you moderate and if so how? Both being a moderate drinker or alcohol-free is a goal that takes persistence, understanding and commitment to achieve and yes… anything is possible.Join host Clare Pooley with the amazing panelists: Dawn Comolly aka Sober Fish, Jonathan from Sober Punks  and Mandy from podcast Lovesober  on what it means to be sober and how writing, broadcasting and sharing their journey has helped them achieve their goal and why they are still sharing now. Could reading their stories help you? Could sharing yours help you succeed? The panel discussion will take place on the Motivation Stage at the Mindful Drinking Festival on the 12th January 2019 from 12.45 - 1.45pm.The event is free to attend, registering for a ticket does not guarantee entry so we suggest you turn up 15 minutes before the event start time to get your seat!

The festival is part of Re:Solutions.
