A slow and therapeutic practice, where floor-based stretches are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to slowly release and unwind. This style of yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, joint health and circulation and to free deeply held tension in the body and mind.This practice is open to all levels and bodies, you don’t have to be bendy!Sound Bath with LeeThrough the healing tones of tibeten bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where your body can relax, your mind can quieten, and your spirit can realign.
