Take the chill out of winter with a visit to Greece through its iconic wines and dishes. Tonight, Jill will prepare you a menu of her favourite Greek dishes, while certified wine educator Jessica DiFruscia teaches you how the selection of Greek wines enhance every bite. Learn pairing principles, culinary techniques, and enjoy a beautiful meal that highlights the best of Greek wine and cuisine.
