Tackling the gender seniority gap: what works for the insurance and long-term savings industry?

The Gender Inclusion Network would like to invite you to their latest panel event, hosted by AIG, Tackling the gender seniority gap: what works for the insurance industry.

The event will be held at AIG (14th Floor), 58 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4AB on Monday 4 February 2019.  Breakfast refreshments will be available from 8am with the panel discussion commencing at 8.30am.

The panel will discuss the recent ABI report on tackling the gender seniority gap, why aren’t there more women in senior roles and what can we do about it. What are some of the practical steps that will help get more women into senior roles and what interventions make the biggest difference?

Our panel speakers will share their insightful thoughts and real life experiences about the topic, followed by Q&As.

Moderated by Julie Humphreys - Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager, AIG, the panel will consist of the following speakers:

Louise Hanson - Director of Advocacy, Association of British Insurers (ABI)

Louisa Lombardo – Head of D&I Europe, Eurasia and Africa, Chubb

Laura Young – HR Business Partner, AIG

Guillermo Donadini – Chief Investment Officer, AIG

We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
