It's also the milestone every newbie runner aims for. We want to create a community where you feel comfortable to challenge yourself. If you're a total newbie, please don't be put off. Think of this run as a 1km warm up, a 3km run, and a 1km cool down. We'll be there to guide you, push and pull back whenever you need us to.
