Only 11 spaces remain.Sunday Slowdown is an evening of restorative sound, deep rest and inner reconnection—an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and create space to simply be before the week ahead.We begin with breath awareness and a guided meditation accompanied by the grounding bass drum, helping you arrive fully and expand your awareness in preparation for the sound.You’ll then be immersed in continuous therapeutic sound from both sides of the room, surrounding you in a 360° sonic experience. Gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, monochord, voice, chimes and gentle percussion are played with care and intention, using harmonic tones and intervals chosen to support symmetry, coherence and inner balance.The soundscape also features our beautiful Venus gong. Symbolically associated with love, beauty, harmony, creativity and connection, it brings a warm, radiant quality to the experience.Sound can create space to rest, heal, and reconnect with your body, emotions and inner world. All you need to do is lie back, receive and allow the sound to carry you.After a short period of silence and integration, we’ll gently guide you back. You’ll also have the opportunity to stand inside our ‘Oracle’ Buddha Bowl for a mini sound massage, with a homemade vegan treat and herbal tea to take home.As our final Greenwich gathering before our baby arrives, it would be especially meaningful to share it with you—whether you’ve joined us before or have been waiting to experience Sunday Slowdown for the first time.Please bring:A mat, blanket, pillow and warm layers.
