Throughout the session, you will be gently guided through an uplifting and restorative experience designed to help you release built-up stress, recharge your energy and reconnect with yourself.Using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, guests will be immersed in soothing sound frequencies while also receiving individual Reiki healing during the sound bath for an added layer of restoration and care. Her practice weaves together the intuitive and the evidence-based, honouring ancient traditions while remaining rooted in science-backed techniques that support the nervous system, energy flow and emotional wellbeing. Louise has created bespoke wellness experiences for brands including Sephora and L'Oréal Paris.Zoha is the founder of Zohalogy Studio for Reiki Healing.
