Success Breakfast London: Customer Segmentation & Engagement

Come and join us for the third edition of the Success Breakfast in London (IBM office, Southbank) to:
Understand why you should segment your customer base and how & when to start it
Be able to quickly define models of engagement for the most common segments (high touch and low touch)
Develop workshopped assets which other CSMs can apply to their day-to-day business
For the talk part, Clelia Lancelot would be sharing best practices around how Salesforce has implemented their customer segmentation and around how they are continuously trying to deliver the best E2E customer experience for each of their segments.
