During this program we will work on low impact cardio, strength/resistance training and flexiblity in the water.The purpose of this program is to support physical activity and fitness goals for clients while utilizing and exploring a new aquatic modality.About the TVCC Therapeutic Pool:- The TVCC pool is 61m/24ft long, 12ft wide with a shallow end of 0.79m/2.5ft, sloping to 1.05m/3.5ft; there is a step down to 1.19m/4ft.- The pool is 34C/93F.- There are no food/drinks allowed in the pool area, pool change rooms, or pool washrooms.For more information or questions, please contact Jessica, Recreation Therapist at TR@tvcc.on.ca.
