Street Yoga can guide you through places, ideas, and ways of looking but like in postural (asana) practice, what you notice, feel or take away will be entirely your own. We will make space for this.This doesn’t need to replace any practice you already have. It can sit alongside it. Be an alternative. A one-off. Or something you never do again. You don't need to believe a certain thing or live a specific way. It's about what helps us remember who we are, not in arguing about who’s doing it best.At its heart, Street Yoga asks - the world doesn’t stop moving so how might we find contentment & stillness within it?No fancy retreats. Just urban walking, noticing & discovering the extraordinary in the ordinary we usually just pass by, headed for our destination.You’ll meet like-spirited people, explore a raft of wisdom through the ages & we'll see together how we might experience the art of life as a living practice.
