Starseed Offerings: Restorative Yoga & Soundbath (Stanley Arts)

Event Description:

Join Sasha from Starseed Offerings for a deeply restorative Thursday evening practice (Rest & Resonate), blending gentle Hatha-inspired yoga with a closing soundbath of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. Designed to release physical tension, soothe the nervous system, and restore energetic balance, these sessions are a weekly invitation to rest, regulate, and return to yourself.

You’ll begin in gentle, supported postures to unwind and ground the body, followed by a meditative soundscape to guide you into deep calm and spaciousness. Whether you're navigating stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or simply seeking stillness — this class is for you.

What to Expect:

• Gentle, supported restorative yoga poses
• A crystal bowl and gong soundbath to soothe the mind and spirit
• An evening of deep rest and reconnection
• No experience required — just bring your body and breath

Practical Info:

• Thursdays from 4th September, 7–8pm (doors open 6:50pm)
• Location: Assembly Hall, Stanley Arts, South Norwood Hill, SE25 6AB
• Capacity: 22 adults (age 16+)
• Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel supported
