Starseed Offerings: Baby & Bump Soundbath (Stanley Arts)

Event Description:

Join Sasha from Starseed Offerings for a nurturing morning soundbath created especially for babies (newborn to pre-crawling), parents, and expectant mothers. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, you’ll be guided into deep calm — supporting your nervous system, emotional well-being, and your sacred bond with your baby.

What to Expect:

• A calm, cosy sensory environment with soothing live sound
• A session held with empathy, experience, and deep care
• Suitable for babies from newborn up to early crawling
• A safe, welcoming space for all parents and birthing bodies

Practical Info:

• Tuesdays from 2nd September, 10:00–11:00 (doors open 9:55; late arrivals until 10:10)
• Location: Society Room, Stanley Arts, South Norwood Hill, SE25 6AB
• Bring: Blanket, pillow and/or yoga mat (anything to help you and your baby/bump feel comfortable)
• Age range: Babies from newborn to early crawling (under 9 months)

• Low-Income (£8): Those needing a reduced rate.
• Standard (£11): Regular ticket price.
